As soon as your car arrives here at iX, it will go through an initial inspection to check condition of paint and identify any trouble areas. Once this is complete, we will wash and fully decontaminate the paint of any and all surface and bonded contaminates. The soap we use for correction will also remove any layer of protection, such as waxes and fillers, from the paint. After this stage, the car goes through a thorough inspection as the paint is now bare. It will be taped off to protect plastics and rubbers from compounds, as well as overhanging body parts, and we get to work. Once we complete the paint correction (often referred to as a two-step or multi-step) we thoroughly rinse the car of any compound/polish dust utilizing a spotless water system that deionizes the water. This provides us with a contaminant free, and water spot free finish. We then inspect it one more time to be certain we see the results we want before the addition of the protection you choose.
